The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, Develop and execute the Organizational structure, Talent strategy and Service Delivery model for a BPO practice
  • Build and manage multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology) that can successfully operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle of the Finance, Tax & Business operations
  • Actively work in identifying and implementing the process standardization, simplification, and automation opportunities
  • Develop good working relations with engagements by providing exceptional service delivery and proactively work towards the customer expectations
  • Effective work planning and capacity utilization to manage an efficient service delivery
  • Own key performance indicators, identifying the ways to improve the controls, removing redundancies & duplication of efforts, and driving automation.
  • Spearhead the development of To-Be Processes for Finance & Business domain, creating a roadmap for delivering the committed savings and operating model.
  • Focus on process improvement and business outcomes for clients to deliver tangible benefits
  • Drive productivity initiatives leveraging Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
  • Establish and manage relationships with customer business and project stakeholders
  • People management including creating an environment for associates to bring fresh ideas and perspectives
  • Collaborate across teams to accomplish tasks and deliverables on an ongoing basis
  • Participate in opportunity identification and solution design process.


Skills and attributes for success

Experience in all aspects of Finance with an ability to streamline business processes and operations to support business growth, profitability, and efficiency. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, self-starter and strong manager who can work independently and assume responsibility as well as assess performance and develop a team spirit.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Extensive experience in leading BPO organization
  • Leading Controllership organization
  • Go to Market and Business Development appetite
  • Knowledge of industry’s guidelines, benchmarks
  • Systems Implementation/Conversion
  • Service Delivery
  • Finance Transformation
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Finance, Planning & Analytics, Payroll, Customer service, etc.)
